CCG Advisory
Practice Lead
Stephen leads CCG Advisory, the board and executive change practice, and holds the firm’s most senior client relationships. He brings more than two decades in large-scale change and strategy implementation, and is the external perspective leaders lean on through transformation, mergers and turnarounds.
CCG Consult
Practice Lead
Sonti leads CCG Consult, the delivery practice that implements change and strategy through the firm’s System7™ methodology. She works alongside clients to turn a strategy on paper into a change that is genuinely adopted on the line, not just announced from the centre.
CCG Learn
Practice Lead
Noa leads CCG Learn, building the internal change capability that lets an organisation carry change on its own. Her work spans capability programmes, coaching and the human, behavioural side of how new ways of working actually take hold.
CCG Analytics
Practice Lead
Fundi leads CCG Analytics, the measurement practice that turns culture, readiness and adoption into evidence leaders can act on. His focus is making the people side of change measurable, from diagnostics through to real-time tracking of whether a change is landing.
CCG Intelligence
Practice Lead
Ben leads CCG Intelligence, the firm’s AI practice and the technical counterpart to its change discipline. It takes clients from a board-level view of where AI is worth using through to working software in production, in weeks rather than quarters, pairing every system with the adoption work that decides whether people actually use it.
